Responsible for product messaging, content development, competitor analysis and more, this brand-new position is an opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to shape the role into their own and join an innovative business on an exciting growth journey.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with stakeholders across the Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams, you’ll develop and execute the go-to-market messaging and activity for a SaaS-based application with an impressive global customer base.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning the product and developing messaging to appeal to the needs and requirements of various personas within our target audiences
  • Collaborating with the Product, Sales and Customer Success Teams to gather insights and customer feedback, create alignment and refine the value proposition
  • Driving the product roadmap
  • Managing the successful running of webinars and multichannel campaigns to launch new features and product updates , and enable customer upsell and cross-sell
  • Undertaking competitor analysis to keep track of new product developments and messaging from competitors to help define and continuously refine our competitive differentiators
  • Managing and building relationships with key industry analysts (such as Gartner and Forrester) to build AppLearn’s profile as a thought leader and help influence the market. Includes managing a regular cadence of briefings and communications with key analysts, internal stakeholder management​ and staying abreast of new and upcoming market research.
  • Establishing relationships with key influencers and customers for participation in marketing activity ​such as speaking opportunities and content contribution

Job requirements

What do we need from you?:

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a Product Marketing role, or a Campaign Management role with an understanding of Product Marketing principles
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within the Software / IT / Technology sector
